Exchange & Refund Policy – Amagic
At Amagic, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We request you to carefully read the exchange and refund policy outlined below before placing an order.
Eligibility for Exchange / Return
- You may request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or dead on arrival (DOA).
- Eligible cases will be processed free of charge, subject to verification and approval.
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully visible.
- No claims will be entertained without an unboxing video, under any circumstances.
- The video must clearly show the product condition, packaging, and any defects (if applicable).
Important Usage Guidelines
- For battery-operated or electronic items, please test the product immediately upon receipt and BEFORE use.
- If the product has been used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement, and the return/exchange request will be rejected.
- In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced after inspection.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange / Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Lingerie
- Products that come in direct contact with the human body
- Opened, used, or seal-broken items
- Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind
We strongly recommend contacting our support team for any product-related queries before placing your order.
Change of Mind Policy (Opened Products)
- If the product seal has been opened and you later change your mind, returns are generally not accepted, as such products cannot be resold.
- However, if a request is submitted within 3 days of delivery, Amagic may, at its discretion:
- Offer 50% of the order value as store credit
- Store credit can only be used for future purchases on Amagic
- Approval depends on the product condition and customer service evaluation.
Return Process
- Submit a return/exchange request through the website.
- Upload clear images of the product, packaging, tags, and booklets.
- Our team will inspect the request and returned product.
- Once approved, we will initiate:
- A replacement, or
- A refund / store credit, as applicable
- Status updates will be communicated via email until the process is completed.
Quality Assurance
Product-related issues are rare, as every item at Amagic goes through strict quality checks and warehouse sign-off before dispatch. However, if any inconvenience occurs, we sincerely apologize and assure you of a swift and fair resolution.
