Terms & Conditions – Amagic
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Amagic and the services offered through our website. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Amagic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue using the website immediately.
All references to the website mentioned in this agreement shall refer exclusively to Amagic. Access to this website is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Amagic – Product Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Such eligible exchanges will be processed without any additional product charges.
Amagic does not accept exchanges or returns based on personal preference or dissatisfaction, as most products are personal and intimate in nature. Customers are strongly advised to clarify all doubts or product-related queries with our support team before confirming an order.
Customers must record a complete unboxing video, from opening the sealed package till the product is fully visible. No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced only after verification. Customers must test battery-operated products immediately upon receipt and BEFORE usage. Used items are not eligible for manufacturer warranty or replacement.
No charges will be applied for products that arrive defective or damaged. However, shipping charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Opened electronic media (CDs, DVDs, audio/video tapes)
- Batteries
- Liquid-based products such as oils, lubricants, toy cleaners, bath products, etc.
Replacement products may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
Liquid-based products that are damaged or leaked during transit are eligible for replacement at no extra cost. For such items, replacement requests must be raised within a few days of the expected delivery date.
Order Availability & Stock Disclaimer
Amagic does not maintain inventory for all products at a single warehouse. Products listed as “In Stock” may, in rare cases, become unavailable after an order is placed due to high demand or supplier limitations. In such situations, Amagic reserves the right to cancel or modify the order after informing the customer.
Communication & Customer Support
All concerns, feedback, or service requests related to products or orders must be submitted through the Contact Us page or official support channels mentioned on the website. Amagic aims to respond to all queries as promptly as possible. However, response times may vary during peak order periods.
Ownership of Website Content
All information available on Amagic, including but not limited to customer reviews, comments, and feedback, is the sole property of Amagic. Such content shall not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Amagic may occasionally use cookies to collect technical or demographic information to improve website performance and user experience.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for order cancellation must be made within 5–6 hours of placing the order by contacting Amagic support through the official support number or email mentioned on the website.
Once the shipment process has begun, order cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Orders placed during special occasions or promotional events such as Diwali, New Year, Valentine’s Day, or other limited-time offers are non-cancellable.
While there may be occasional delays in response due to high order volumes, Amagic is committed to addressing all customer concerns at the earliest possible time.
